Making an appointment — on the phone

The phone call has four moves: they answer (Praxis Dr. Weber, guten Tag), you name yourself and your wish (Ich möchte einen Termin vereinbaren), you negotiate the time (Wann ist der nächste freie Termin?), you confirm (Also, Dienstag um zehn Uhr?).
